Thermoforming
We bring your products into perfect shape. Hose tips are possible in different designs: open, closed, with a bead, cylindrical. The development and construction of special thermoforming devices create the prerequisites for different thermal shaping of tubing tips.
Bonding
We create permanent connections of your system solutions. 1K and 2K adhesives, including pretreatment or UV processes, are used for bonding. Manual and automated gluing on special machines or dosing devices enable flexibility, but also maximum accuracy.
Punching
We adapt your products optimally to their intended use. Openings and eyes in tubes for probes and catheters are made precisely.
Surface finishing
We print your products with the desired information. Scales, lettering and markings, for example, can be attached to hoses. The printing shows good adhesion and scratch resistance. Biologically harmless materials are used for printing.
